Agreement problem

Sir,
I have hotel shop for 29 years. It is legal agreement in 3 year renewal.last agreement 2018 to 2021 . In 2018 a problem arises when I constructed a dustbin then she issued a legal notice to me but actually the dustbin is in govt footpath and but she refused the reality and she takes as a personal ego then last month the owner said that if you changed the business tread other than hotel then I continue the renewal or otherwise you leave the shop . I personally meet her 2 times but she refused any negotiation.also 2015 to 2018 agreement the owner increased the shop fare from 720 rupee to 3500 rupee. Terms condition in agreement (1) the owner continued the agreement if relation with tenant good.(2) no permanent construction in her shop.Now sir what are the legal step i have optioned ? Please help me

You can move the court and get the order to continue your work and if still doesn't fulfill the order then consequences will be faced by her.
You can get an injunction order from the court and then let the court handle her issue.

it can not be reason to change business to continue place.
please get injunction order from court and continue your business.
