icon Internal deviation in flat

If my flat is 2bhk as per sanctioned plan but I take additional 1room from neighbouring flat, will I get loan

A. You need to convince the Bank / Financial Institution with regard to additional one room and make application accordingly, if the lender is convinced, you will get loan on total structure, but if it is not convinced, you will get loan on approved sanction plan of 2bhk only.

A. If the purpose of acquiring the land is for benefit of general public, you cannot object for it.
If the property is your own, then the Department i.e., Nagar Pallika has to pay compensation for acquiring your land and thereafter, carry out the activity. If there exists alternate land / option, then you can move High Court seeking direction from court against Nagar Pallika to go for second option leaving your land and trees untouched.

icon Will and notary

How can unregisted will is questioned and how is a notary proved that is done according all signed

A. The will is valid even if it is unregistered. If the testator is alive then he can change the will as many times as he wants in his life. An unregistered will is easy to challenge. If during the will, by the will of the will, by deceit or if the will does not know its good or bad then the will is not valid at that time.
