How can unregisted will is questioned and how is a notary proved that is done according all signed

A.The will is valid even if it is unregistered. If the testator is alive then he can change the will as many times as he wants in his life. An unregistered will is easy to challenge. If during the will, by the will of the will, by deceit or if the will does not know its good or bad then the will is not valid at that time.
