A. Dear client,
Yes, you can get an injunction restricting the person from selling the property. Generally, Court grants injunction when the Property in dispute is in danger of being WASTED, DAMAGED or ALIENATED by any party to the suit, or WRONGFULLY SOLD IN EXECUTION OF DECREE so in this case you can get injunction

A. Dear client,
Court will summon him 4-5 times before proceeding ex parte, if you will pursue the case well then the ex parte proceedings take approximately a year and a half. If you will get ex parte then there happens to be no harm. Make sure that notices are served upon him properly.

A. Dear Client,
A sale deed cannot be cancelled for any random reason but only for a substantially significant reason. Reasons such as delay in payments, partial payments, no more interest of the buyer in the property, and dishonoring cheques are not considered as satisfactory grounds to approve the cancellation of a sale deed. The deed that needs to be cancelled must be registered according to the laws prescribed in the Indian Registration Act, 1908. The petitioner needs to get an order from the ...ReadMore

A. Hi client,

A legal notice is a formal communication where the sender is an advocate on behalf of his client, he writes the same. It is generally a warning or a settlement notice , to avoid the matter to go to the court at the first stage. It does not involve a court.
The thing which you are willing to send is perhaps a court order, you need to file a court case and from there in a summon/order will reach the person.

A. Dear client,
With your son's birth certificate, his present community certificate and the caste certificates of yourself, you have to go to the Village Administrative officer of the village in which you were born and show these details.
In some states, they may ask for an affidavit from you in which you have given a confirmation that you belongs to so and so caste and hence your son can be considered as a member of that caste. If your state mandates this you have to approach a lawyer and get the ...ReadMore

A. Dear client,

Red Tape barriers are very common in India. Therefore, even for lawyers, it becomes extremely difficult to figure out ways through it. If the police claim there has been a change of rules and that you have to contact the Delhi passport office, that might be the fastest way to do so.
