A. Dear Client,
There is no expiry date for a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper once it is executed, documented, and registered before an Oath Commissioner. Transaction of money between the parties requires proof of payment and receipt of both parties. When a claim arises demanding a high value of transaction of money, the onus lies on the claimant to adduce the document/evidence behind the high-value transaction which requires documentary transfer either through Cheque or online banking. A. Dear client,
Yes, you can get an injunction restricting the person from selling the property. Generally, Court grants injunction when the Property in dispute is in danger of being WASTED, DAMAGED or ALIENATED by any party to the suit, or WRONGFULLY SOLD IN EXECUTION OF DECREE so in this case you can get injunction

A. Dear client,
Court will summon him 4-5 times before proceeding ex parte, if you will pursue the case well then the ex parte proceedings take approximately a year and a half. If you will get ex parte then there happens to be no harm. Make sure that notices are served upon him properly.

The deed that needs to be cancelled must be registered according to the laws prescribed in the Indian Registration Act, 1908. The petitioner needs to get an order from the ...ReadMore
