A. Dear client I am sorry to hear that. In this situation you can try calling customer care again and again. However, in case they still does not respond you can register a complaint to your district consumer court.

You can anytime ask the shop owner to help you in replacing the sofa by sending a new one and picking up the old damage one. Ask him to do so or else intimate him that you may take legal action against him.

Do you have the documentary evidence wherein they said that they will completely replace the old one with new one? If yes then it will be a good piece of evidence to fight the case in consumer forum (commission). You can file a case if they do not respond to you soon.

if it is mentioned that the membership will be cancelled and amount will be refunded, then you are eligible to get the refund. if any time period is mentioned in the guidelines, then cancellation should be done in that time period. you can file a complaint regarding the same if they are not responding in the consumer forum.
