You should contact a legal representative for effective remedy and in the process you can challenge the stay order considering you have been using the path for past 40 years.

You may immediately lodge complaint with local police and also concerned department and next time send someone else to purchase same agarbatti packet and try to record the evidence on your hidden mobile.

A. Legal notice dete hue. Consumer fouram me case file kare. Kyon ki aap ki problems consumer se related hai. Agar aap ke sath shopkeeper se service me kuch defaults hua hai to ya case consumer forum se relate hai.

A. If the sale deed has been executed and registration is concluded and money has been paid, nothing is left to be done then you can just ignore this typographical mistake as this will not change the nature of the of the conveyance deed and the legal nature.

A. You need to figure out the owner of the shop and his credentials and once you got it then you have to send a legal notice to recover your belongings and your money. If he ignores then you will have to file a case in the civil court.

You can get issue a legal notice and then approach a consumer court. Definitely it will be ended in compromise. they will come to settlement once you approach the Consumer Court. Also threaten to approach
social net work.

A. Agar aap ke paksh me builder ke duvara sale deed executed kiya gya hai. Sale deed ke aadhar par aap uske true owner hai. Agar builder aap ko dushri jagah sift hone ke liya kah raha hai. To usko aisa karne ķa koi right nhi hai. Jo nirman kiya gya hai vah sale deed karte time ka hai. Isliye us ke liye aap jimmedar nhi hai.

A. Dear Sir,
Local police may not work out the process to get the matter resolved. Better approach High Court and you will get a remedy and a direction to the higher police authorities or concerned external ministry and thus you may get your original documents.

A. Dekhiye jab aap ne flate lene ke liye builder se baat ki thi tab aap or builder ke madhaye ek agreement likha gya hoga. Usme kuch terms or conditions likhi gai hogi.
Kya interest ke liye koi conditions likhi gai thi ki yadi time limit ke antargat flate par aap ka possession nhi karaya gya tab us money par interest builder dega.
