A. Dear client,

According to the revised rules of the University Grant Commission, the universities are directed to refund the whole fee apart from the deduction of a maximum of Rs. 1000 if the student withdraws or cancels his/her admission within the deadline.

Based on if you are within the timelimit or not you can withdraw your admission and claim refund for the amount paid.

A. Dear Client,
While your case has exceeded the legally defined timeframe for reopening in any court or forum due to the law of limitation, there is still a potential avenue for consideration. You can explore the option of approaching the High Court through an appeal, accompanied by a petition seeking condonation of the delay under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963. This provision allows for the condonation of delay under certain circumstances, such as subsequent changes in the law, the illnes ...ReadMore

A. Dear client
You sought the help of the astrologer to seek some kind of relief through astrology and it is a fact that astrology can help you and sometime the result may not be as per your wish.
Having said that unless the astrologer has given the guarantee in writing it will be not possible for you to establish that and hence taking legal action against him may not be possible.
If you have any proof or witness to prove that you have been cheated then you can file a police complaint.

A. Dear Client,

But the threat lies elsewhere if the mobile set is misused with ulterior motives by the person to whom you sold it. You got a tax invoice on the purchase of a mobile set on loan, but you sold it to others without any papers because a hypothecated/financed item cannot be a subject matter of sale or purchase in the absence of cons ...ReadMore
