A. In my opinion that you should make a complaint to the school authorities and the Board/Council. If they don't reply within the stipulated period mentioned in the notice, ask Vidhikarya for a local civil lawyer to assist you in this matter. However, since the matter is of 2011, is barred by the Limitation Act. Your advocate needs to file an application for condonation of delay u/s 5 of Limitation Act.
