School name copyright issue

15 years back we opened a school in M.P., now after 15 years we get a notice from Mumbai Maharashtra saying that a school of the same name has been running from many years. Please advise.
A.Just contest nothing will happen

A.You need to show that the school has been formed before the other school and you are using the school name prior to their use. Then you can easily get a remedy.

A.There are various things which are to be seen in this case. Like when did they opened there school and what is there tag line.
