icon 498 A case details

Is there any exemption for Senior Citizens for 498A case. If so what is the procedure ?

A. no exception.
but if son and daughter in law never visited your house or you not went to their house then no domestic violence.

in most of cases, parents names are dropped by police in chargesheet.

A. My advice would be to file a partion suit to claim your fathers share in family property. It would be quiet difficult to prove black magic theory before any court. In any case if you have sufficient evidence to prove the black magic theory and you have been cheated or frauded, which is a criminal offence, you can lodge F. I. R. in Police Station of your area.

There is a Judge who is a lady who is very harsh and is waiting for giving judgement against me even though I am innocent. Can I sue her? by approaching the supreme court of India?

A. You are innocent or not is a matter of trial and conclusion of trial. In such circumstance no case to sue the judge is made out. You cannot dictate order. If you are not satisfied with order then you have right to appeal challenging the order.

A. Write a letter to lawyer asking the copy of petition, status of case and particulars of court so as to arrive to a conclusion and truth. You can file complaint with bar council and can also file suit for recovery beside police complaint. It is a case of cheating etc. Collect the information first.
