If a criminal case is pending against any person, does it have any affect on joining govt service. FIR registered under section 342, 447, 506, 323 and 34 IPC

A.usually until a person is convicted there is not much to worry,
but pending criminal cases will affect your job.

A.Hi,
Since the court has not given its final words, the judgement is pending, so you are not the culprit. there are the offences yet to be proved. when the matter is still before the court, we can not take away any rights from any person. you can get a job it wont affect your job.
there is no bar from applying or accepting a job.
