Advocate Rajagopalan Sripathi - Pocketed 10 Lakhs given to him for a case in Vizag

In 2017 I had retained his services to file a case in Vizag against a mobile app developer.

Rajgopal Sripathi stated that to file this case I needed to pay him a total of 10 lakhs for his professional fees (3 Lakhs) and for the fees that were to be paid to the Vizag court (7 lakhs). After three years of waiting, I came to the conclusion that he never filed the case. He simply pocketed the entire amount.

He never paid the Vizag court and continuously lied to me via email, phone and in person
about the filing of the case and the progress of the case. He led me to believe for three years that the case was in progress, but the truth is that he never filed the case.

A.Write a letter to lawyer asking the copy of petition, status of case and particulars of court so as to arrive to a conclusion and truth. You can file complaint with bar council and can also file suit for recovery beside police complaint. It is a case of cheating etc. Collect the information first.
