Hello sir
Two years Back One man introduced to my dad and said I have job apporinuities in various companies. My dad believed him totally. On his hope my Dad offered job to family friend for that job that man asked some money . our family friend given that money to my dad , from my dad he taken money . After three months that man given appointment order . After one month family friend came to know that is fake appointment order . And he filled f.i.r 420 ,468,471 case on my dad and that introduced man. After f.i.r That man was absconded. Police filled A1 is my dad and A2 That man . How to quash my dad name from the F.I.R. Till now A2 is absconded

A.As your dad is not the direct and the final dealer between the appointment letter and the job provided by the other man at A2 level. Your dad is having the role of a arbiter , has your dad got bail or still in jail? More details required in this case to quash this FIR as it is a costly procedure.
