I had purchased the same school uniform from the market. If he wears it to school. Child, that is somehow a crime. Is it considered a crime or wrong to expel a child from school?

A. Dear client,
Every school especially the private ones have their own policies.
While admitting your child there in, you must have agreed to the same.
Now denying to abide the rules is against that.
But, if the policy of the school uniform was not disclosed earlier or a new practice then you can gather more parents and write a joint application to the school's head department.
And most importantly if a child is being harrased Or expelled unethically, which harms him in any way has to be deal ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,
No, they cannot file an injunction on your land on the basis of religion. In India, property transactions are generally governed by civil laws, and the right to buy or sell property is not usually restricted based on religion. Therefore, no one can prevent you from selling your property to a person of a different religion. If they are threatening you, you can file a police complaint against them.

A. Dear Client,

1) In India, an injunction is a legal remedy that a court may grant to prevent a party from doing a particular act. It is not something that individuals or groups can simply impose on your property without legal proceedings. If someone threatens to obtain an injunction on your property, they would need to file a case in court and provide evidence supporting their claim. The court will then decide whether to grant the injunction based on the merits of the case.

2) Discrimination on ...ReadMore

A. Dear client
Report the threats to your local police station. Provide them with detailed information about the incidents, including dates, times, and the individuals involved. This will create an official record of the issue. Consider installing security cameras around your property. This can serve as a deterrent and provide evidence in case of further incidents. Keep a detailed record of all incidents, including dates, times, and descriptions of what occurred. Take photos or videos if possible. ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,

In many civil cases, the Limitation Act, 1963, sets a general limitation period of three years from the date the cause of action accrues. However, there are exceptions, and certain actions may have different limitation periods. For example, cases involving fraud or contracts may have different time limits.

In criminal cases, the statute of limitations can depend on the specific offense. Serious offenses often have no time limit for prosecution, while less severe offenses may have ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,
In India, it is mandatory to carry all the necessary documents while riding a vehicle. If any document is missing, the traffic police can issue a challan on the license and the vehicle owner. In this case, the person who was riding the bike should have checked the documents before riding the bike. However, if the documents were missing due to some unforeseen circumstances, the person can explain the situation to the traffic police. The traffic police may reduce the fine or waive it ...ReadMore

A. Dear client
You can send a legal notice through a lawyer to the borrower, demanding repayment of the outstanding amount. This notice can serve as a formal communication indicating your intention to pursue legal action if the money is not repaid within a specified period. If the borrower fails to respond to the legal notice or refuses to repay the amount, you can file a civil suit in the appropriate court. Civil courts handle matters related to contracts and debts.
