I am Hinduism and selling my property to Muslim religion. On the besis of religion can they injunction on our land?.... Actually they are very cruel and they are repeatedly threatening us by using such a word(injunction)
A.Dear Client,
No, they cannot file an injunction on your land on the basis of religion. In India, property transactions are generally governed by civil laws, and the right to buy or sell property is not usually restricted based on religion. Therefore, no one can prevent you from selling your property to a person of a different religion. If they are threatening you, you can file a police complaint against them.
