I read your entire case details and I can say that you have two options. You can lodge police complaint if they are co-operative or lodge a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C through local advocate before Magistrate Court. The administrators of public auctions must have sufficient security to avoid such incidents and you can get issue a legal notice and claim compensation from them.

If your lawyer is intelligent and having face value in the High Court then he can easily get all the proceedings against you quashed by filing application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. Further in many such cases the Supreme Courts and High Courts held that it is consensual sex as such it do not attract any of the Section of IPC. Consequently, the alleged charges will be quashed.
