A police man told me they was found a dead body without head and thousands of peoples are mobile location is traced there even my mobile location is included. Thereafter he told me come to police station and given my statement you are requested to provide the right way what should I do

You may speak truth to the police and if they want to include you in FIR as accused then immediately approach High Court and get anticipatory bail and get delete your name from FIR.

A.You cannot be blamed on the basis of mobile location alone. You are not afraid to go to the police station. If you have done nothing then the police will not tell you anything. A.You don't have to worry about it, you just reach to the police station and give your statement. They can't arrest you on the bases of you mobile location. If you are not connected with that dead man, then they can't do nay harm to you and if they do so, you can approach me i will provide legal protection to you.
