A. Apart from section 386 the other two sections are bailable.
However, grant of bail depends on the gravity of the offence.
Generally bail is a matter of right.
However, in cases of non bailable offences the court can exercise its own jurisdiction for the grant of bail.
The case should be well presented and the lawyer should convince the judge.

A. If ur cheque was stolen n u hv lodged complaint before initiation of criminal proceedings against u then that is best evidentiary value but needed to b presented and argued well. However, u can still approach Higher Court ie. In this case Sessions Court in Appeal within one month from d date of receipt of the judgement
