You may lodge complaint with Police. Many such loan App people hacking the mobiles of borrowers it is against the spirit of circulars issued by Reserve Bank of India. You can make the issue a big by approaching media or putting the same on social media.

You can ask the complainant to withdraw complaint by writing a letter to the Station head of the police station where FIR is lodged. If the police refuse to withdraw complaint, you yourself can move to get complaint quashed and give evidence to judge and they will withdraw your complaint.

Whenever there's a scenario of job/employment, a contract or agreement is signed between both the parties, i.e, the employer and the employee. You must ensure all the agreements in the contract must be valid, elsw the contract will be held invalid and will be nullified. However, if you are sure that they have a illegal term clause in their agreement, you need not to worry about the legal actions, the contract itself is void.

You may take back the case by either mailing or visiting the cyber police. You may also visit to the SP of Lucknow and describe him/her the whole scenario and your concern. However, you need not to worry, the cyber dept has lots of pending serious cases to work upon, so the chance of tackling you case is very less.
