cyber related - data entry job

I had joined a data entry job to fill form but is so lenghthy thats why I did not completed on time.so they asking 3500 from me.otherwise they take legal action against me and they sent notice. they have one illegal argreement.

Whenever there's a scenario of job/employment, a contract or agreement is signed between both the parties, i.e, the employer and the employee. You must ensure all the agreements in the contract must be valid, elsw the contract will be held invalid and will be nullified. However, if you are sure that they have a illegal term clause in their agreement, you need not to worry about the legal actions, the contract itself is void.

A.Dear client,
If there is an agreement and all the terms and condition is mentioned there and you have signed it then in latter stage you cannot say that it is illegal agreement.
You have breached the contact and you will be liable to pay compensation.

A.First of all, you need to consult with an advocate along with all your relevant documents. After going through the documents, an advocate can suggest you that what possible remedies can you get... So consult with the lawyer at earliest.
