Hi sir …April 1st my bank account frozen then I called to bank they said frozen by cyber crime/police.someone complained on me for money after I contacted that person I have settled his money.now how can he withdraw his complaint ?if police refuse withdraw a complaint what are the steps need to take ?
Please guide me I don’t have any idea about this.

You can ask the complainant to withdraw complaint by writing a letter to the Station head of the police station where FIR is lodged. If the police refuse to withdraw complaint, you yourself can move to get complaint quashed and give evidence to judge and they will withdraw your complaint.
