Q.1. If my nude video call recording gets uploaded on a nude video call and porn website in India and also my nude video call recording gets circulated in social media, will I be get fired from my job by the private company where I would be working? and will this affect my career prospects?

1. If someone leaks your nude video online then you’re not at fault here and it should not affect your current employment.
2. If your nudes are leaked by someone else then you’re the victim and you’ll have to get the video deleted from the platform.
In cases where the victim’s nude or obscene photos are uploaded without consent, the accused is booked under different sections of the IT act and the Indian Penal Code(IPC). Also the subject can book cases of defamation under section 500 and 506 of IPC and section 66e and 67a under the IT act also provide legal remedies under which one can charge the accused.
