Cyber complain -someone is messaging me on my whatsapp

Sir ,My name is Jatin.Someone is messaging me on my whatapp . He is messaging me as a girl from last two days .I wrote a mail on cyber crime mail and sp Lucknow mail then next day that person who messaging me,He said his name and come to me when I saw he is my closed friend who is joking with me .so what i do for mail which I send on sp Lucknow and cyber crime.I want no to take any action .because he is my friend

You may take back the case by either mailing or visiting the cyber police. You may also visit to the SP of Lucknow and describe him/her the whole scenario and your concern. However, you need not to worry, the cyber dept has lots of pending serious cases to work upon, so the chance of tackling you case is very less.

A.Dear Sir,
You can lodge complaint with Police preferably with Cyber Police and they may trace out that person if you use your influence or in good books with Police.
