The legal heirs of deceased that is wife is not a signatory to such guarantee paper. Get all the relevant papers maintained by the Chit Fund and approach the Civil Court and get a stay order because there are other solvent guarantors.

A. Dear client, you can file an insolvency petition under Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 if the amount of debt must be more than Rs. 500. If you have declared as insolvent there will be a negative effect on your future prospects. Though you can get a job but it will be more difficult as being an insolvent.
