A. Hi,
First and foremost, contact an attorney and respond to the legal notice by outlining all of the facts. The bank's position is additionally weakened by the long delay in issuing the legal notice, so you may try to negotiate your way out. Also, you can file a police complaint against the agent for fraud also.

A. Lot of people are approaching for airlines refund notice.
If amount was deducted from your account to spicevacations directly and refund happened directly to original source then you should get refund instead of agent.
You better send legal notice through lawyer to both Spicejet and Agent, for refund along with compensation for harassment, mental tension, cheating and doing fraud.

PoA also you not made irrevocable by not consulting a proper lawyer.
you should made contract but only for formality but you believed them and not consulted any lawyer.
they had plan to cheat you from start.
now file case of cheating because they will not give you anything.

IAM paying 35000 rupees in last 4 months. Budget amount in my credit card. Credit card recovery agent said pay budget amount uptp reach your minimum due amount. But all my 35000 are gone in penalities

A. Dear Sir,
It is a personal loan and the Bankers have advanced surplus amount as such they have to wait till you have funds to repay. They can do only through legal process not otherwise.

You should take the matter up with the banking company as this is likely the result of some internal error. Keep records of your credit repayments to serve as proof.
