A. You should immediately intimate the same to the concerned bank authority and then you may either approach the concerned civil court for filing money recovery suit or else you may approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal against the room owner. You may even lodge a FIR against the said room owner before the local police station for doing such fraudulent activity deliberately and incessantly.
