If you file a petition for mutual consent divorce, you cannot file a petition for domestic violence and adultery as it will not be maintainable in the eyes of the court. If you wish to proceed with domestic violence and adultery case, you can file a divorce on the same grounds mentioned.

You can file for divorce on the grounds of adultery under Under Section 13(1)(i) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
