A.Dear client,
If both of you are sure of getting a divorce, then go for mutual divorce where both of your consent will be taken into account and by providing dome time, court will grant you the divorce. You will be contacted by the Indian Embassy and you can consent to the divorce and it will be granted later. But if she files a divorce and you won't reply to it, then it will be an ex-parte case where the case will be decided to benefit the applicant.
