I am a sunni muslim man and I want to divorce my wife but since the triple talaaq law is in force, how can I divorce in this situation.

Triple talak is no more valid.
You can file a divorce case in family court.

A. 1. you can ask anything but can he pay it if there is no assets or investment ? any ancestral property atleast ?
2. Max upto 50% of his salary
3. unfortunately your mother is not liability of your husband. But how she is living in 1000 pension ?

A. 1. you can ask any amount but queston is that can he pay it if there is no assets or investment ? If there is any ancestral property atleast then you can be paid from it ?

A. second husband can not file police case now. he wanted to use and blackmail you by marrying after knowing abt 1st marriage.
You can file blackmailing and other cases on him.
your 2nd marriage is already NULL and VOID.

If you'r marriage is not registered but it is valid marriage please don't do such types mistake. please wait. Otherwise you will face so many legal problems. And your second marriage will become void.
