Better correct names in Aadhar card rather than changing the name in 10th and 12th marks card.

Plot includes both residential and commercial plot. You have to declare the same and once you declare it will be counted.
Obc certificate for non creamy layer
Sir my father's salary is above 8 lpa from a private job but my mother is a house wife. We don't have any other source of income. Will i be able to make a obc certificate with non creamy layer.

As per your statement you cannot get OBC non creamy layer certificate since your father is getting more than Rs. 8 lakhs per annum.

Since the rectification has to be done by the issuing university or board which usually do not do so as you were supposed rot provide the right name while filing the form. So, in such cases what you do is that you reach out to the Hon'ble court and get an order from there asking the university/board to rectify and reissue.

If your mother really belongs to BC Category then you may go to office of Revenue Authorities and try to convince them to conduct enquiry etc. if your work not done then go to High Court and get a direction.

You should send him a legal to notice to that person for refund of money with interest or provide NOC and transfer the vehicle on your name. If he fails to do so than You should immediately lodge a police complaint against that person for criminal breach of trust, cheating and criminal intimidation.

If you have details of your address mentioned in the Voter ID then you may find out the election office and they will retrieve your ID Card and get print out of the same as if it is original one.
