PEN contains essential parameters such as name, date of birth, gender, email, phone, etc., validating the association of personas with the education sector to uniquely identify individuals or entities. It serves as a permanent reference number throughout an individual's personal lifecycle, spanning various learning stages, including pre-primary, primary, secondary, senior secondary, graduate, post-graduate, and upskilling.
