File a suit in the court for the partition of the property and also ask for the compensation for that portion as all the money is given by your husband. Also file a case of mental harassment against them and ask for the damages they have done.

A. Dear Sir,
He cannot marry without legal divorce. You can file criminal complaint under Section 494 of IPC and also maintenance case under Section 125 of Cr.P.C and an application under Section 91 of Cr.P.C to summon his salary certificate from his employer.

Ideally you should file a complaint in this city only, as it will be helpful to the Police and courts to take action against them. If police doesn't listen to you then go to the higher authority and if also there is zero response then File a suit of mental harassment and physical violence(If it happened) against your husband. Also file a suit against the police officials for neglecting the case and ask the court to give the police protection.
