The grant of anticipatory bail is wholly discretional, but, it could be valid either till the framing of charges or may last till the end of trial.

A. complainant died but your wife can give consent to quash the FIR in HC.
if she want divorce onyl then you can go for mutual divorce with condition to take back FIR and then FIR can be quashed by HC.
