No action by police

I had filed a complaint for cruelty against my husband and inlaws but police after 4 months has filed my case
Although we had submitted all proofs but still they are saying that we put review or fresh application to the SSP. and can also file RTI
Do you think SSP will review the case and review the case once again ???
