Emotional and mental harrassment by in-laws Emotional and mental harrassment by in-laws

What would be the best solution to avoid harrassment from in-laws towards my husband and me as we are being targeted for being patient everytime even after multiple episodes of being insulted, backbite, not giving us our share of respect. And it has reached next level as we built a portion on first floor with all their consent. They promised that the portion we built will be ours and each n every penny was paid from my husband's pocket. And now as the house is almost ready, we asked them to sign on papers for the registration of the portion, they have changed their minds n now claiming that it also belongs to them. And the mother in law has no boundaries in using abusive language towards me. Please suggest what can we do legally in this situation. The whole family of in-laws is threatening and behaving like rowdies. Please help. Thank you.

A.Hello ma'am,
File a suit in the court for the partition of the property and also ask for the compensation for that portion as all the money is given by your husband. Also file a case of mental harassment against them and ask for the damages they have done.
