Hi, I am currently working and the distance between my office and home is more than 20Kms. Daily traveling to and fro makes me more tired and stressful which decreases my productivity in both office a

A. 20km in cities is not more.
people even travel 100 kms for work.
even many women lawyers travel more than that.

icon Changing Date of Birth as per Baptism Certificate

Sir, Is it possible to update date of birth in Govt. records in Tamil Nadu as per Baptism certificate?

A. Hi,
For changing the record you need to submit an application to the local municipal and explain the reason for incorrect record. Mere submission of baptism certificate will not be enough.

icon Is father's and mother's name mandatory in death certificate?

Is it mandatory to mention the names of father and mother in a death certificate OR If father is not alive and mother is alive then is it sufficient to mention only mother's name?

A. Hi,
There is no compulsion but generally the father's name is mentioned and if the father is not alive then Late is mentioned as designation so that mother becomes the first point of contact.
