You may file a complaint for criminal intimidation under Sections 503 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Following this, you can file for injunction or a restraining order against those family members that are threatening you. I'd also advise you to move to another locality so you can live without fear.

A. Hi,
You can file a declaration suit contesting the title of the properties purchased by her as she did so by misappropriating your money. However, as you are married, it will be hard to prove that this was done by her fraudulently. More remedies would be available to you if you were separated.
