A. As per Hindu norms caste followed by Fathers status.. Father is SC, Mother is Non-Sc then kid belongs to SC, if Father is Non-SC Mother is SC then Kid belongs to GEN or NON SC. Unmarried SC Mothers kid continued as SC. but legal guidelines followed from state governments...

A. Dear Sir,
It is called public interest litigation case (PIL) only before High Court of your State. Normally Rs. 100/- will be charged as Court fee but you have to hire high profile advocate otherwise if Court is not properly convinced then it will be dismissed by imposing heavy cost on the Petitioner that is the person who files such case.

A. Tie a dog on your boundary next to goat.
The Dog will take care of goat and problem.
You can complaint to BMC for illegal occupation of footpath so they will come and break the ramp.

A. Hi,
Clicking a photo of a woman without her permission is act of voyeurism and is punishable under section 354C of IPC with imprisonment. So if that person is caught with your pictures you can file an FIR.
