A. You should first bring the matter to the notice of your parents and thereafter to the head of the institution/school praying for a discreet inquiry into the rumors spread by your classmate and for necessary action to stop that nuisance affecting one's personal dignity and image of the school. If no suitable response is received then let the matter be handled by your parents whatever the steps they think fit to resolve the issue.

A. Dear client,

Check Local Noise Regulations: Research your local laws and building regulations related to noise levels and quiet hours. Many areas have specific regulations that limit the amount of noise allowed during certain times of the day. If your neighbor's music violates these regulations, you can use this information when discussing the issue with them or escalate the matter if needed.

Document the Noise: Keep a record of the dates, times, and duration of the music disturbances. Note ho ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,
You cannot stop the payment of maintenance charges as per the Byelaws of the Society on the ground of deficiency on the part of the Society. Instead, you can bring your complaint before the Registrar of the Society and can file a complaint against the Society/Service provider before the Consumer Court for deficiency in service that caused damage to the property in spite of repeated requests and regular payment of maintenance charges. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
