My Mother creates nuisance in the society

How can we handle our mother's condition as she is not willing to go to a physiatrist for help. She blames any one who comes to her help stating they are trying to cause her harm. She will abuse people and guests of neighbours. She will claim that our wives are hand in gloves with the people in society and plotting against her.. any Gujarati is my wife's ally.. she calls my wife a whore. She speaks unreal things.
