Demanding rent in lockdown
In vijaywada, does house owners are allowed to collect rent on students even they returned to their homes during lockdown? (From April to June)

A. Payment of rents are postponed but not waived off. You being a young person must understand the situation and stand in the shoes of land owner and take decision thinking that he is your father and solely dependent upon the rents only. Govt and banks have not given any concession. Please read extensively and try to understand the people and their problems. Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.

Without seeing the actual wordings of High Court order no legal expect can answer your question. Moreover such tricky questions should not be asked, because the experts if answered against the terms of High Court order then it amounts to Contempt of Court. Please share the copy order with your lawyer and take appropriate guidance.

The government of india has invoked disaster management act and as such certain fundamental rights pertaining to travel has been suspended.
So if at all you have any necessity , you can obtain travel passes from your police station who in turn will grant you passes for inter-district travel. Courts have said clearly that if there is any emergency, citizens can obtain permission from police and travel.

A. First of all if u both are major then u can marry.
Secondly for beating torture and suicide u should file a complaint to Ur nearest police station.
Thirdly no body can compel u to do something against Ur wish u can take appropriate legal action against them.
