A. Then you must make an affidavit declaration from a first class judicial magistrate of your local jurisdiction for the corrections to be done in your educational certificates and then kindly apply for the required corrections of your educational certificates along with relevant documents before the concerned authorities for the same.

A. Dear client you can travel anytime outside the country even after filing of the application and for that you doesn't even require any sort of permission from the court. Also after six month i.e. after passing of second motion you will be at liberty to leave the country because by then the matter will already be over and you will not even require to appear before the court after that
