A. Yes, wearing a cap while applying for a marriage certificate will create a problem in applying for a visa. but which VISA ........ is it a VISA CARD ?? Which VISA card & of which Bank..... OR are you wanting a VISA for going abroad.... then there are many countries which have on Arrival visa so in those countries wearing a cap while applying for a marriage certificate will not create a problem
