Is spouse name is mandatory in passport for PCC . I want PCC for my CR1 Visa in USA, and I have not added my spouse name in passport and passport office is not approving my application, I need advice what to do now! I can not change my passport because it will take another 6 months to my procedure get completed and I dont want that! Need advise!

As per your inputs the passport officer is not approving your application as your spouse name is not added. better approach the High Court filing direction petition

A.if the passport officer has disapproved yoor application then you have to reapply after removing the said objection, however, you can also challenge the objection in the court but it will also be time consuming,
