Sir ,i am submited my passport to a recruting agency and signed the offer letter also.but after that i got a new job in uae.so i want to go uae.if they will not give passport .what to do?

What were specifications mentioned in your offer letter, moreover you can approach the Ministry of External Affairs and register a complaint for the same.

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint in the Ministry of External Affairs if they do not provide you the passport, however, it would also further depend upon the terms and conditions of the contract between you and the agency.
