A. Woth regards to your query, I will like to say that you have few simple solutions available with yourself to get the legal payment from them.
1-You can take them to a court after giving a legal notice in writing.

A. You can vacate and claim amount if not given then file a suit for recovery. As it is not registered so his stand will be rejected. Lock down is the best reason and ground for you to vacate.
