A. dear client in your matter In the present situation you need to get his stay quashed from the High court only. District court has no power to override the order of the High Court because of hierarchy.

A. dear client Yes of course. In your case you can claim 50 % rent from her till expiry of agreement period but if you want to sue on her then kindly engage experienced commericial lawyer.

A. a letter from landlord without any rental agreement or any other valid legal document can not be taken as proof of residence.
