A.dear client in your matter In the present situation you need to get his stay quashed from the High court only. District court has no power to override the order of the High Court because of hierarchy.

A.No, when matter is seized by the High Court, District Court being sub-ordinate court cannot give judgment.

A.What is the ruling of the stay order. District cannot interfere with the order of the Hon'ble high court, Better to consult a High Court Advocate to guide & help you quickly in the dispute.
