A. Your case is not directly related to the Indian Army, you should take the shelter of Civil court and then only the Maintenance Act, Restitution of conjugal rights arise. Pls seek help from an Advocate for this to go ahead.

A. Hi,
Ordinary Courts do not have jurisdiction to implead the Army as parties to the proceedings, except in exceptional circumstances. As such, you are better off trying to sort this matter out internally along the army's chain of command. They have the discretion to promote or demote anyone they wish.
